The mid winter weather of lashing rain, wind and dark coldness seems to have lasted for weeks.
When you are lying on the sofa, listening to the storm raging and the hail banging on the windows, it is often difficult to contemplate going outside for a run.
But the great thing is having people who keep dragging you out through the winter.
